Trust / Friendship Point / Gil

Any battle with lowest possible energy (not counting Colosseum) will do. Earth Shrine dungeons are both 1 energy.

• Allies you bring with you will give Friendship Points (FP). Friends give 10 points, meaning a Friendship Point Summon (costs 200 FP) can be obtained with 20 energy. Non-friends give half that amount, meaning 40 energy per summon.
• During special events, friends give 50 points and non-friends 25 points, making the cost per summon 4 energy and 8 energy, respectively.
• You can level units from FP summoning to obtain good amounts of gil by selling the unit. Farming summons this way can be very helpful from early levels, allowing you to have large amounts of gil and diverse units for combat.
• Each clear has a 10% chance to give 0.1% advancement for the Trust Master Reward. This gives a 0.01% average TMR per energy per unit, or 0.05% average TMR per energy for a full party.

Materials

Fire Megacryst (for Hero's Ring)

• Zadehl Westersand/Exploration - Lanzelt Island (Best Fire Megacryst per energy and time)
  • Can be collected from the Harvest Nodes (usually 0-2 per run)

• Dwarves' Forge/Exploration - Dirnado (Best experience while farming Fire Megacrysts)
  • Can be collected from the Harvest Nodes (usually 0-2 per run).

Ice Megacryst (for Hero's Ring)

• Wolfsfang Peak/Exploration - Lanzelt Island
  • Can be collected from the Harvest Nodes (usually 0-2 per run)
• Maranda Coast/Exploration - Dirnado
  • Way faster to finish than Wolfsfang and provides about the same Ice Megacryst per run

Demon Tail & Litrock

• Siren's Tower - Grandshelt Isles - Lower Floors
  • Dropped/stolen from Imp, which has a highest spawn rate at lowest energy rate in the Siren's Tower, Lower Floors.

Earth's Core

• Golzas Canyon/Exploration - Kolobos Isle
  • Drops and can be stolen from various monsters
• Kolobos Marsh/Exploration - Kolobos Isle
  • Drops and can be stolen from various monsters

Farplane Soul

• Dalnakya Cavern - Exploration - Grandshelt Isles
  • Dropped/stolen from Goblin, which has a high spawn rate.
  • Also dropped/stolen from Blue Wisp, but at a low spawn rate.

God's Reliquary

• Colosseum Beginner Rank C-5
  • Can be stolen from Tyrannosaur and Treant.
• Chamber of Awakening - ADV

Heaven's Ash

• Phantom Forest/Exploration - Lanzelt Island
  • Can be dropped/stolen from monsters same as Colosseum, e.g. Ghoul, Poison Eagle, etc.
• Wolfsfang Peak/Exploration
  • Can de dropped/stolen from Mercury Bat
• Colosseum Beginner Rank C-5
  • Can be stolen from Tyrannosaur.

Magicite

Apparently Phantom Forest/Exploration is the best place to farm experience for ANY Esper per energy spent (based on people's testing) due to its ridiculously high drop rate of Green Magicites and Green Megacites. It even slightly beats out Chamber of Crystals but is less time efficient and therefore fine to farm Chamber of Crystals over Phantom Forest/Exploration if you care about time investment.
